My Story:
I used to work out a lot (3-4x/week) when I was 19-20. Then I quit going to the gym - mainly distracted with other things in life, one girl in particular :)
I am now 23 and haven't worked out consistantly for 3 years or so and I am engaged to be married this coming August 2nd!
I want to get back into working out steady and get myself back into shape for the wedding and the honeymoon especially (2 weeks in Hawaii!).
Not really sure where to begin on this journey but figured I would join a forum and try keeping a journal - it helped back when I was training a lot.
Checklist:
- Join a gym!
- Start eating healthy consistantly and supplementing with Protein, maybe Creatine.
- Cardio 3x a week or more.
- Weight Lifting 2-3x a week.
