In an ideal world we could set out what we would eat to a perfect structure and gain quality muscle all the time, but is unpredictability detrimental to your gains?

for examlpe im at uni but i also have a job on the railway (at nights) this usually involves a midnight - 11 am shift, but this morning we overran and could not make it back home in time for my planned dinner so i stopped at burger king, is this kind of sitaution going to affect my quality muscle gaining?

some feedback would be appreciated thanks

If you make a habit of it it could mess up your diet. Doing it every once in a while is fine.

Situations is what has screwed up every single one of my diets. If we all had our own personal cooks we'd be doing just fine, but we don't.

like when somebody locks u up when your 270 lbs 5% and will only feed you about 1000 kcals a day worth of bread and water, until your 150 lbs.
thats like a situation you just cant help it
