thanks for the support fellas
I know, i was so dang scared he was gonna put his hands on it and void the lift, thankfully he didnt, afterwards he said he just wanted to be ready in case something happened with that amount of weight.

Wait.
You're a bodybuilder, and you posted a video of an impressive lift?? You need more practice with the internet. You are supposed to inflate the lift (to say 535), and then tell us you lost the video in a fire.
:)
Nice job. You're good for a 500+ bench.
By the way, get a second spotter - put one on each side.. It doesn't matter where that guy's hands are, if things go wrong quick, he won't be able to help other than to call the ambulance.

I know weird right? :D
a 500 bench is something ive been gunning for for w long while, 460 is my current best attempt on flat.
you make a strong point on the spotters, youre exactly right.

Great lifting! God damn it annoys the **** out of me when the spotter won't get his hands away from the bar. It kind of just sits in the back of my head, "was he helping me lift it?"

Great lift. Love the view of all the people watching in the mirror. That whole section of the gym must have been in awe.
