here's my daily intake (bulking). what do you guys think about volume? regardless its yum, i must say! (indicates whats with/on it)

6:30 AM
Whole wheat english muffin (natty pb, pineapple, cinnamon)
3 or so Egg Beaters (hot sauce, chulula...try it!)
Bowl of Kashi cereal, cup or so (blueberries, grapes)
Cup o' coffee
Flaxseed oil cap, multi, elderberry ext. cap

9 AM
1/2 cup instant oatmeal, teaspoon of PB, cinnamon
Breakfast/Irish black tea

10:30 AM
6 oz. light yogurt

1/2 cup mixed beans
8-10 baby carrots
Salad, small (sometimes)
Sandwich (whole wheat 35 cal bread, turkey, tomatoes, red onion, jalapenoes or banana peppers, slice of pepperjack cheese, lettuce, spinach leaves)
333 mg. calcium, 500 mg. Vit-C

35g protein shake (nitrean or musclemilk light), papaya extract (+protein synthesis)
Handful of almonds

Apple or Pear w/ almond butter

One small red potato

Workout (cell-tech mix, half serving, i.e. 5g creatine)

PWO shake w/ 35g (simple ON whey)

1-2 chicken breasts OR whole-wheat pasta & high protein lean meat OR 96% lean hamburgers (2)
Sweet potato
Green Vegtable
Flaxseed oil cap, multi, elderberry ext. cap
Sit back on the couch telling that food to do its anabolic magic :thumbup:

35g 100% casein shake, more papaya ext.

What's the total calorie count? To be honest it doesn't look like "a lot." What time do you go to bed? You could easily get more cals if you ate right before bed. If this diet is working for you however stick with it.

im not fit-day'in all that stuff, aint gonna do it. my estimate would be around 3500 cals. i go to bed around 1030. and about more cals at bedtime, sometimes i make the casein shake really good by adding a heaping tblsp of natty pb, some blueberries, a touch of oats, and a couple other odd & end-type things...just for extra cals..and taste
