Well they're not really supplements, but I have a few questions. My mom recently got a free box of "Access Patented Nutrition Bar That Turns Fat Into Fuel". APPARENTLY, they turn fat into muscle, and give the athlete more energy during workouts. I was told if I eat 1 bar 20 minutes before workout, on an empty stomach I will feel more energized, have a better workout, wont feel the lactic acid effect...blah blah. I call bull**** but i've yet to try it. This is the back of the box.

Anything in the ingredients that would give any training benefits?

Ingredients: maltitol syrup, rice syrup, soy protein isolate, sugar, cocoa (processed with alkali), rice flour, fractionated palm kernel oil, nonfat milk, wheat starch, whey, lactose, milk protein concentrate, dextrose, cream, natural flavour, glycerin, soy lecithin, salt, barley malt extract, butter (cream, salt), mono- and diglycerides, sodium phosphate, carrageenan.
