I just got done eating my post workout meal which included two eggs two pieces of toast with butter and two pieces of toast with peanut butter and a glass of orange juice. Next I mixed my EAS protein with water and in the end I totalled about 56 grams of protein. I was wondering how this meal was for a post workout meal. Should I consume more or less protein after working out. Welcome to all suggestions. I also took my daily three fish oil pills with a glass of water after everything was said and done.
