I did a search on this and didn't find anything. I am looking for a during workout drink. I always down like 20-30 ounces of water during my workout just because it helps me cool down between sets and its good for you. But I was wondering if it would benefit me to be getting some carbs while I am at it. I was wondering what do you guys drink during your workouts if you don't drink water. Gatorade? Or some type of suppliment drink, I was thinking some type of powder and mix it in with the water. I was just thinking of something that actually tastes good and keeps your energy up, I also take a waxy maize and whey PWO shake so no need to go overboard. oh and no Caffiene. I have a heart condition and high amounts of caffiene can mess with my heart, I don't really drink it at all anymore.

If your allready getting adequat carbs after workout just make some diluted gatorade.

Yeah I was thinking about doing that. I know they sell gatorade powder.

this is what I drink. I went to Sams club and bought a big can of the powder....just mix up some of that then poor it into a squirt bottle...works well for me

Check out Eletro-Pro from NOW. I've been using it for about 3 months,way better than Gatorade + it's not that expensive.

Check out water. I hear that stuff is pretty good. I've been drinking it during my workouts for over 12 years now and it works! :windup:

half strength gatorade, if you don't like the bloating waxy maize.
