i just started lifting again and being 6'0 135 gaining weight isnt very easy for me to do so... supplements seem to be a must so here is where the questions start! what are the best supplements out for guys like me who just want to gain weight/muscle? and would it be a good idea to take them now or wait a month or two then start with them after i get a good eating habit and routine down. I have been taking 100% whey before and after workouts but I hear there are better supplements on the market that being said a few that have cought my interest are Atlarge's "maximus" and creatine caps everyone seems to be talking about " Results " would that be good for someone like me? please post only helpful tips please do not flame my thread!

Don't use any supplements until you figure out how to eat, otherwise you'll be wasting your money.

I would start with getting your diet worked out! 4 Meals and 2 Shakes, I would use Maximus (ALN), it is high in Cals/Carbs/Prot. If you could I would drink 2 of them every day! Once you get your diet and training worked out I would Use the Maximum Mass stack, but take out the Creatine and use Results! Good Luck Bro!
