Fuzz, remind me at some point to come and train with you. You're an absolute beast champ. BTW make sure you let me know if you are ever competing in NSW, I'd definitely have to come and cheer on my favourite fuzzball lifter.

When you lose stability like I did the only thing you can do is flex your lats as hard as you can to bring it back into line. I need to pull straighter so I can catch higher and flex my lats BEFORE I hit the squat.

those are some nice lifts, you should be able to do more
