And I couldn't be more excited! I have heard mostly good things about these products and can't wait to get to lifting. I have brought my calorie intake up to 600 calories above my normal daily diet and hopefully by the end of the cycle I will see some results. I do have a question though... I have been told to take 4 Hyperdrol throughout the day, 2 Mass FX for the first week, then 4 per week every week except taking off weeks 6 and 7 completely, then 1-2 retain per day... When should I be taking my retain?
I'm going to the gym today so I will weigh myself there and hopefully the BF% machine is working again so I can get those numbers as well. Any advice would be welcome or just any discussion about your thoughts on the supplements.
