I've started really working out seriously since the start of Feb, and have been using protein shakes as I've heard it stimulates muscle growth.
Right now I'm using Isobolic from Nutrabolics but it's nearly gone. So I'm wondering if it would be best to buy it again or if there are other protein mixes even better suited?
And at the same time, are there other things completely harmless that you would recommend to stimulate muscle growth?
Now just to be clear here, I'm not looking to become super bulky or anything, just lean and muscular.
So any help would be much appreciated. :)
