im 6 ft 164 lbs and skinny so its hard to eat all these carbs but how does this look?
Breakfast
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup OJ

Lunch
2 PB sandwiches
1 banana
3 whole milks

When I get home
2 Bagels with cream cheese

Post workout
2 cups of Skim milk
2 Tbs flax
1 cup peaches
1 scoop whey

Dinner
6 oz steak
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup broccoli

Later
English muffin with cream cheese and jelly

Before bed
2 cups skim milk
1 scoop casein protein

If you're looking to gain, just eat everything you can (and a ****load of protein) and lift your ass off. If you start gaining too much fat, back off.

Flax oil, or flax seed?

If it's oil - ditch it and start taking fish oil. If it's seed, ditch it and eat more berries and veggies for the fibre.
