I'm 15 5'10 about 157. Anyways I have a question I'm a wrestler obviously and I wrestled 140 and was making the weight easy weighing in at 138-139 and wrestlings been over for a month now and I've went up almost 20lb and I kind of notice that i'm a little bigger but I still have a six pack and everything so wheres the weight gone? I've been lifting but not that hard yet cause I'm kinda healing up. Also I didn't lift at all during the season if thats any help and i didn't cut from like 150 i weighed 140-141 at about 6-7% bf, all i had to do to make weight was eat light the night before...

I don't really know what you're asking. And what exactly do you want us to critique with a shirt on?

I'm asking where the weight went to? IDK I just kinda put the pic to show that I wasn't like really skinny or fat.

you're 15. you got older. you can't expect to stay at 140lbs forever, especially not at 5'10. highschool wrestling coaches want you to keep in the same weight class, and lose weight for meets, which isn't always ideal.

Maybe you weren't properly hydrated before? If you were in wrestling trying to make weight you could have easily lost 10+ pounds just in water.

Is this your first year wrestling?

If you have wrestled before, you should know that it is natural for everyone to gain tons of weight after season because of the way they practice.
