Hey guys. Gonna put a few pics up. used to post here seriously then joined the military. due to deployments, an just bein lazy i have slacked the last 3 1/2 years hard. ive lifted ahandful of times in the last 3 + years. gettin back into it the last month. also doing some crossfit bodyweight stuff as well. right now imm really focusing on deadlifting. curre

eh some random tribal, my shoulder was done in turkey, various latin lettering, old school eagle, lettering, sailor jerry mermaid, va state seal.
but yea man im gettin my diet right, the weight will come

What crossfit are you doing? I've been looking into trying a little of that lately and using a lot of bodyweight stuff too...

looking pretty damn good for only working out a few times in the last several years. i'm sure you'll put the size on quickly once you get the diet back in order.

hahn, mostly just the wod girls. i just do two of them a week, and then usually a 5 k once a week. the only thing that messes me up is some of the wod's i dont have the equipment for out here. also some of the sprinting stuff i dont have any pullup bars ect around to mix in. im gonna start adding the crossfit stuff to my journal i think

Thanks bro. im still waiting on some gainer, and opticen. the chow hall out herre is pretty good but i need something to augment a few more meals and the mail is so ****ing slow its ridiculous

really?? tke a look at my journal, i mention thinking crossfit may be something to work with due to some future goals. i think our goals may be similar now. im strongly considering specwar. swcc/seal. what are you leaning towards? do u have your degree yet? going the o route?

Im going to enlist for summer 2010 with the seal contract. I already have a degree and pursuing another, but not going the O route. I want to be the one busting doors down... not the one commanding the ones doing it. Ive been doing crossfit for a few months now with the local affiliate near me at berkeley. crossfitoakland

no **** man. Thats ****ing badass. Ive been looking at both SWCC and SEAL pretty hard. On my last deployment i met a SEAL Chief and i talked to him for about 3 hours. I was actually looking into getting a dive and jump physical but then another depoloyment came up. Im actually in Al Asad, aka camp cupcake right now. Now ive been setting my sights on SWCC or SEAL not sure which yet. Ive been doing quite a bit of research over on Socnetcentral.com. I didnt see you going back into the military man, i knew you were really ready to get out of the Army. anyway man thats really awesome, im definetly interested in anything you hear from the Dive Motivator.

Looking great. I wish I could go to the gym a handful of times a year and look like that. :(

That said, I think you should hit your traps more. They're the one area that looks a little lacking.

No one in the military can be described as slacking or being lazy over the past 3 years mate, it's the law [or should be]. Thanks for serving the Free World.
