Probably not alot of you care but I thought I would post these up here, since everything I learned about weightlifting came from this board! Thanks everyone. Anyways, first picture is before lifting at 195lbs, second picture is after cutting at 177lbs, and 3rd picture is bulking after 225lbs. After the third picture, I got mono, missed lifting for two months and lost alot of strength/size. Ive been back into it full swing for a couple months now, and now I am exactly at where I was in the 3rd picture. Starting my cut now, planning to get to around 180-185. (I need to stay light to race motocross) So, here they are!

Great results. I just went through something similar (I have pics in my first journal entry). I started with a cut but didn't get quite as lean as you. Now I'm bulking again and I'm probably gonna cut again right before summer. Maybe starting in May.
Any advice on what you did during your first cut? How were you eating? Were you still lifting hard? What type of cardio were you doing and how much? I'm 6'4 and about 210 right now. Hopefully I get up to around 220 by early May and I'd love to be able to cut down to about 195-200 by the end of June.

On my first cut, as far as eating went, I ate 2200 cals a day for the first 10 or so lbs, then went to 1800 cals a day after that. I kept carbs and fat at around 100g a day, and protein about 180-220g a day. I never had a "cheat" meal once, I ate what I was supposed to everyday until I got to where I wanted to be. As far as my routine, I used the exact same one I was using when I was bulking, didn`t change a thing. My lifts when down just a bit, but absolutely nothing to be worried about. As far as cardio went, I ran 3.5 miles at 7mph on the treadmill mon-friday at 5pm, and my gym workout was mon-friday at 12:00am. I never stay at the gym for more than 45 minutes..if I was working one muscle, it would be 4 excercises, 4 sets. Two muscles I would do 3 excercises for each and 3 sets. Later in my cut I did try doing H.I.I.T., which worked great, but the regular treadmill running produced just as good of results for me. Now that I am cutting again, I am doing everything exactly the same, except for upping my cals from last time and my protein intake, probably to around 2500 and 240.
-Also I would like to add, when I was cutting and bulking, I didn`t use any supplements at all. I did try the homemade protein bars posted on this site for a while, (which were incredible), but didnt want to spend more money then I had to so I stopped. I got everything from straight up food..so if there any newbies out there thinking that you MUST take every supplement on the shelf to get results, this is proof that you would be wasting your money.

seems like your chest is lagging a bit (and possibly lats too...can't really tell from the pics you posted thought). Any leg shots? What routine are you currently using?

I always love seeing before and after shots. Personal success is awesome so to see someone make a huge change for themselves is always hot in my book.
