So I've been eating 3500 - 4,000 calories a day for about 7 weeks now. It's murder. Psychologically I've hit a wall. Every time I look down at the food, I want to vomit. I somehow choke it down, but it is killing me. And now, I'm finding I need to eat MORE!

The increases in the gym have been great and noticeable. But I'm so burnt out on eating.

How do you guys maintain a good attitude? Any words of encouragement? I need some serious advice.

Liquid is key. During the rugby season I used to lose around 20 pounds in 2 months until I started drinking an extra 2 liters of juice every day.

Can I liquify... all of it? ;) I've shifted to about 4 liquid meals a day (3 solid ones as well. Shifted from 2 liquid, 4 solid). It helps a lot. Mostly. What it doesn't help is my... gastrointestinal tract. lol

Complaining with only 2-3 solid meals at 3500-4000 cals?

Then I will just call you a pussy.

How is your motivation now?

Off topic: Another rugger! What position were you (From your stats, I'm guessing you were a lock.)? I played wing all through college.

Actually... better. Sometimes all you need is a slap in the face!

Perspective is nice. :D
