Reiner replied saying that my diet wasn't very good, what is a good diet for what I'm trying to achieve? The link will have all the info.

The only info in that thread is that you eat primarily fruits and vegies.

I'd suggest something close to isocaloric (40% protein, 30% carbs and fat) as a starting point.

the only thing i would add to what paul said is to not let the protein get to high (if you are bulking), you can add a little more fat and carbs to save you some $$$ at the grocery
