Jesus, that went up in a hurry. You're probably good for a 7-800 lb pull just above knee level.

That's awesome man - but you had a few more in ya ;)

Back in the day we worked some 20 rep stuff - i think my best was 405 for 15 at that time. May have to try it again.

thanks for checkin it out everyone! Redspikey. Im surprisingly not quite as sore as i expected to be, oh well :)

deeder I may have had a few more in me from a strength standpoint, but my wind was just gone and the low back was fried after 8 sets of speed squats and then the rack pulls.

ben 405x15 is gross. ive never tried repping it out like that.

KingWilder, im 5'10" and around 250, give or take depending on when i weigh.

Invain.....i wanted to puke for a bit too, lol. fortunately I didnt

That's some sick squatting! You definitely looked like you could do more(I think it's mostly conditioning and not strength once you get that far into a set). I get winded from doing anything over 3 reps, lol.

yeah, it was, lol. I was gonna just do reps with 225 and my training partner basically called me a p...y and said do it with 315.

your right Chris, its a conditioning thing. I used to be the same way, lol. pullin the sled has certainly brought up my cond level
