hey is there any good protein shakes cuz the one have tastes so bad the last i drank it i almost puked

the atlarge shakes taste good. ON whey tastes good. Muscle Milk tastes good. Plenty of options. Read around the board and you will find some.

Plus you can mix them with different stuff to make them taste great. Frozen fruit, bananas, yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, nuts, milk, etc.

get yourself some Nitrean from At Large. I finally switched over from years of taking ON 100% and I'm really happy with the taste/mixability etc. It mixes and tastes better in water than ON 100% does and that's saying alot considering how great ON is.

If you want to make it taste even better, add a cup or 2 of milk and 2 scoops together for a really nice shake! I'd recommend getting the Chocolate and Strawberry stuff. I've heard Vanilla is pretty good as well.
