I'm 17 and still a student. I have been lifting for almost four years and I really haven't taken many supplements for my training besides whey protein. I recently hit a plateau and i was wondering if there were any supplements that could help me push past that plateau.
I usually work out in the weightroom for 2 hours on Monday Wednesday Friday and I started the Perfect Pushups workouts (usually 80-100 in a day) and doing an ab workout on my off days.
I usually take my protein after my weight room workouts and I get 5-7 hours of sleep on a normal weekday and 8-10 hours on the weekends.
I don't do any drugs other than a prescription skin medication and I don't drink. I also usually eat 3 meals with some snacks in between a day on weekdays and 2 on weekends(I sleep until 11 or 12).
I always eat the same thing for breakfast: a yogurt and a glass of 2% milk.
I also eat a well rounded lunch(not cafeteria food) and dinner consisting of all the recommended food groups. Unfortunately, I often snack unhealthily between lunch and dinner, but not usually before a workout.
What do you recommend I take in terms of supplements?

sounds like you are overtraining. You grow out of the gym, not in it.

Sorry I made it confusing. I do push-ups and abs on my off days.
A well rounded lunch for me is a sandwich, fruit, vegetables, and some side snack like a Nutrigrain bar.

How much weight have you gained in the last two months? Sounds like not training correctly and not eating near enough food. Milk and yogurt isn't a solid meal unless it is 2 cups of yogurt with 4 cups of milk.

You need to probably back off the workouts man. Keep it to an hour. I'd also drop the excess pushups on the off days. Sit ups are fine, but not really necessary. Eat more as well

My 2 hours in the weight room isn't really 2 full hours of heavy lifting. I included the time I spend in the gym. I guess I would only spend 1 hour in the weightroom. The other time is either warming up, stretching, and cooling down.
My main question is about what I could add to my diet to help me bulk up. I want advice on supplements because I've heard things (bad and good) about stuff like Nitric oxide, Creatine, and others. I am iterested in trying something new but I don't know what to do.

Food... add quality food to your diet to bulk up. That, in conjunction with training, is the only thing that will help you bulk up.
Diet and training is what makes **** happen. One without the other gets you something in the area of nothing to very little. There are no supplements that change this.
And, if supplement advice is what you want, here you go...
Multivitamin
Fish oil
Protein Powder (Whey, casein, blend)
Creatine
That's pretty much all the useful/safe stuff there is. Nearly everything else is garbage.

Look at ALN's Maximus. Its a very well rounded weight gainer supplement. Creatine is a good idea as well. What will make or break you though is eating. You need to eat, eat, eat and then after that eat some more haha.
