7:00 AM 4 egg whites, 8 oz water, 16 oz milk 40g protein
9:00 AM chicken breast, 8 oz water 8g protein
11:00 AM 2 hard boiled eggs, 8 oz water 12g protein
2:15 PM banana, hard boiled egg, 8 oz water 8g protein
5:00 PM peanuts, 8 oz water 15g protein
7:00 PM 24 oz milk, 2 scoops whey 70g protein
8:00 PM w/e is served 10+g protein
163g protein
Option 2
7:00 AM 1 cup oats, 8 oz water, 16 oz milk 26g protein
9:00 AM 2 hard boiled eggs, 8 oz water 12g protein
11:00 AM chicken breast, 8 oz water 8g protein
2:15 PM banana, hard boiled egg, 8 oz water 8g protein
5:00 PM peanuts, 8 oz water 15g protein
7:00 PM 24 oz milk, 2 scoops whey 70g protein
8:00 PM w/e is served 10g+ protein
149g protein
Option 3
7:00 AM 1 cup non-fat yogurt, 8 oz water, 16 oz milk 24g protein

2:15 PM banana, hard boiled egg, 8 oz water 8g protein

Made 3 options just so if I can switch it up if I dont have that particular food.

Your creating a lot of unecessary threads. All this stuff can be found by doing some reading. All the diets look great IF they hit your caloric needs. This may do nothing for your goals depending on how many calories it is.
