I'm currently just taking a weight gainer and multi vitamins. I was just about to place a order for some more weight gain and was wondering if I should add any other supplements. gluatmine, fish oil perhaps? I'm just looking for some basic supplements nothing fancy.

yes. I HIGHLY recomend IDS's caffeine quick release...i take it past 3.00 im up till midnight.(just 1 tab), it has some white willow and yerba mate in it too.

We should add rest (SLEEP) to that formula, too.

I'd recommend the creatine over the caffine. Taking caffine over a long term basis can be a little hard on your body and sleep patterns
