View Full Version : Bulk Meal Plan For 210 @ 5'10

i'm going to gain about 5-7 pounds and then head into a cut. how does this meal plan look for my quick bulk?


10:00AM - Meal 1: 4 Organic waffles & 2 cups of milk

11:00AM - Workout

12:00PM - Meal 2: cytogainer with 1.5 cups of skim milk

2:00PM - Meal 3: annie’s Organic, natural curry noodle bowl

4:00PM - Meal 4: heart to heart cereal + 1 cup milk + 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

6:00PM - Meal 5: ½ container organic cottage cheese + chips

8:00PM - Meal 6: cytogainer with 1.5 cups of skim milk

10:00PM - Meal 7: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with 1 cup of skim milk

11:00PM - Meal 8: ½ container organic cottage cheese + chips

12:00PM - Bedtime Sweet Snack: 1 Organic Toaster + 1 cup of skim milk

I'm not expert by any means but I'd say get a higher protein intake, and keep it pretty level throughout the day. I've been reading, and it seems as though high amino acid blood levels give optimum muscle synthesis, so if you can throw in some fish or chicken throughout the day and your quick bulk may prove more beneficial. As I see it now, there is alot of fat & carbs in your meal plan, so you'll gain, but i think mostly water weight and fat. There are structural differences between amino acids and carbohydrates that span beyond sulfur and nitrogen atoms, so just keep with more protein to make it easier to build up muscle. Ohhh maybe throw in some fish oil too and a few multivitamins.

If it were me I'd add in some more healthy fats.
