I started taking an EC stack which contains ephedrine, it works out at 25mg 3 times daily along with the usual caffeine etc. It has been 2 weeks now and last night I had a sort of fluttering feeling along with an extreme feeling of.......... I'm not sure how to explain it, best way I can think of is the fight or flight feeling you get, or bad butterflies but further up in your chest. It is not an unpleasant feeling, but worrying nonetheless. Is this something to worry about? I was due for a 2 week break from it and wondering whether to continue or not.

Should add it was more prevalent last night and not really noticeable during the day. My last dose yesterday was slightly later than normal, and I went to bed a bit earlier than normal so don't know if the symptoms were exagerrated or not. Up until now I had only noticed a mild sensation from it, if at all on most occasions.

I would drop the dose down a bit.

If it is just the last dose making you feel wierd, maybe drop it to 12.5mg of E/100g C and see how that works.

You should probabaly know what caffeine and ephedrine actually do if you are going to use them in the manner you are.

In short, they are stimulating your CNS and doing exactly what they are supposed to.

But I'd still drop the dose if it bothers you.

Thanks for all the advice. I think it was more a case of feeling something after nothing for two weeks. Stopped for a break and everything is back to normal. @ 2 weeks time I'll know what to expect this time round :)
