Hey all, started UD2.0 yesterday and today I worked out this morning for 30-40 minutes and then did <10 minutes of light-medium cardio. I did this on an empty stomach and stayed well hydrated (perhaps too much water...). Not even 15 minutes later, I puked! Felt fine afterwards, but I am concerned. I've never restricted carbs/cals like this before so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this so soon? I'm going to stick with it regardless but a little reassurance would be great. I've done empty workout/cardio before and never had a problem, could be a combination of lots of water and little/no carbs?

What does the book say about this? What workout was only 30-40 minutes fasted with 10 minutes of cardio? Doesn't sound like anything in the book.

My depletions go 1.5 hours and then at least 40 mins of cardio.

My depletions normally take about 40-50 minutes and then I do 30 mins of cardio. But I splilt my depletion up 2 days and do 6 sets of 20 w/45seconds break per bodypart per day. Im tanked by the time i'm done with the workout. cardio blows.

Yeah, puking is completely normal... Depletion w/o's make a real man out of you. :thumbup:

Thanks for responses, as for workout time I had to shorten it today because of time constraints.
