well here they are folks, the judging on squats as you can see, is rediculous.

435 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VEdWUz49kY

deadlift

really nice, squat looked solid. couldn't see bench too well but was pretty smooth from what i did see. deadlift was blocked by some guys head in the 622 pic. really amazing total, i dont think ill be able to do that at your age no matter what i did.

thanks guys

really shows how strict USPF is about depth, clearly my squats were all below parallel and the 518 was a full squat lol.

Narrow your stance if you never want to miss squats on depth. First you'll get lower (it's hard to tell from the camera angle but everyone always blames the judging...) and second it's easier to see when you hit parallel.

rbb - first!

the 518 was good, the others were not, squat was dissapointing because i know i can do 550+ raw.

Beastly Stump! Now get into some multi-ply and put up monster numbers. All those ssquats will pass in the IPA/APF/SSA, etc.

I'm still not convinced that you are completely human. That is sick strength for any age....but at 18... :omg:

Seriously?! You need to put some more weight on the bar then my friend. That will also help with your depth. If you can do 550 raw, you should be well into the 600+.

I'm with the others though at 18 you're dynomite. Keep up the good work

I really don't understand why you didn't get the judgment on the other squats. Anyway, awesome job, amazing strength for 18, great for any age really.
