I think cardio will be good for you. Ever try eating oatmeal for breakfast?

No food is going to magically make your gut disappear. Lift weights and eat less, you'll lose the fat. If you're really as skinny as you say and just have a little bit of pudge then it's going to be much harder losing it than simply changing what you eat for breakfast.

Snickers bars.

They are freaking delicious!

Eggs, oatmeal, toast, tuna, etc. Stick with healthy foods and start up some cardio and you should see the pudge go away eventually. Depending on how active you are throughout the day as well as if you're incorporating weightlifting/cardio will determine how long it'll take.

i like to have a big breakfast when im not trying to lose weight, you should just be eating healthy and working out hard.

eggs, wheat toast, some fruit, something along that lines.

I'm assuming you train first thing in the morning, Slim?

OP, I like to eat 5-6 eggs, 3/4 cup oatmeal with fruit, glass of milk and half cup almonds.

Or a big ass 1000 calorie shake.

No, I hate morning workouts.

I also hate breakfast :)

1/2 cup granola
1/2 frozen berry mix (thawed)
1/2 cup yogurt

~300 cals

a scoop of whey in there would be brilliant addition, might have to start doing that

Well we have something in common.

Although I force myself to eat something before getting my day started. I need to feel full, but hey that's just me.

I think the OP needs to simply understand how controlling calories can help him achieve his goal. It's not only breakfast he should be concerned with, but rather everything he puts into his body. Take Slim for example, he doesnt even eat breakfast and look at him!

I have a cup of oatmeal cooked in milk/water and three boiled eggs. Sometimes i just have two slices brown bread with peanut butter and three eggs, although oats is def the best. It just gets boring to eat that **** everyday but with some good honey it can be really tasty!
