Ok everyone, I am starting a new training journal. I just decided that the other one sorta held me back with old memories etc etc and was quite depressing. Nothing like starting over new again to really get yourself motivated. I will do it as many times as needed to get me to where I want to be:) SO bear with me please hehe. Now I been lacking the past few months dealing with a lot of personal issues and I need to get back on track cause I feel so much better when I am training pretty hardcore. I vow to go here EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT to update my journal cause it keeps me going, especially when people contribute to it:) Thank you for all of you that have!

Well here is my current stats-

Height-5'10
Weight-214
Total lost so far-92lbs
Goal-Possibly another 50lbs...just want to look "good" IMO not anyone else's.
Body Fat- 25% (calipers) last time I had it checked when I weighed 237.

Ok todays food intake.(So Far)

Can of tuna with fat free miracle whip and some mustard.

Some cabbage

Some more cabbage:rolleyes:

Some chicken tenders with mustard

hand full of pretzels

2% cottage cheese

2 whole eggs, 3 whites and some cheese in an omelette.


I know I am not eating that great but in all honesty my family is going through money probs right now so I kinda have to do with whats around till I get another job (hopefully next week)

Workout-
As far as my workout today it was upperbody day.

I did 10 min elip warm up.
ball crunches- 3 sets of 20
weight asisted chin up 170 pds 3 sets of 10
row 50lbs 3 sets of 10
chest 30 lbs 3 sets of 10
vertical chest press 70pds 3 sets of 10
lateral raise 25pds 3 sets of 10

seated pec 30pds 3 sets of 10
seated rear delt- 30 pds 3 sets of 10

tricep press 70pds 3 sets of 10

I skipped my cardio today cause I had an appointment.

Hmmm had a pretty nice day yesterday. Had a very good workout and went on a date last night , I had fun. Then I ended up talking to my ex for 3 hours online. It was fun too, things are getting easier to be friends with him. Guess thats good. Today is cardio day so I do an hour of cardio of my choice. I think I am going to go take yoga today too...that should be nice and relaxing...I hope:)

Outstanding! You have done an awesome job and you look great in those recent photos.
If you do a search in the training section, you should find some good detailed instructions on deadlifts and squats. Good luck!

Piece a cake it was! YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED. One of the managers had to leave early so the other asked me if I learned it all I said yes, I told him I was nervous though. He told me not to be nervous. He goes to one of the people that worked there, "how long have you beenw orking here" he replies "6 months" then my manager says and he doesnt even know it! SO he looked over my pareper work and told me to call him monday morning...and he said he will tell him I did a good presentation...even though I didnt have to LOL

Funny thing is I got dropped off cause all three of our cars broke...so I had to walk home haha guess I got my excersise in!

Man today was the worst day of my life...and I am not exagerating. I still am in shock. I wont get into detail...I dont want to think about it all. All I have to say is thank god for friends, didnt get a work out in today , unless you consider crying, yelling , screaming, fighting etc. Sounds bad, I know LOL Tomorrow is another day!

Did ten min warm up, full upper body workout, 60 ball crunches, and 20 mins or elip cardio...I was there for 2 hours..sweating up a storm!!!!


I been very depressed still. But it bounces back and forth and back and forth....and I dont really know why. It's hard to deal with.....

I havnt worked out in 2 days but i been wokring at work standing and moving around for 9 hours....my legs are swollen when I get him:( Also I am eating really well too. I should be getting back to working out again tomorrow! Hopefully!!! I will keep updating...

10 min warm up on treadmil high intensity. Full lowerbody workout...including weight machines and weighted lunges for my ass:D Then 60 ball crunches and 20 min high intensity elip! I work 9 hours today So I am sure I will burn a lot of cals there. As far as weight goes. I dont really see the scale going down but I am noticing the body fat on my body going bye bye....so who knows. I feel a lot better too. We will se if I loose weight next week:)

Man I been loosing weight but I dont know how much. I been so busy with my new job. I worked 11 hours yesterday and was on my feet the whole time! It's crazy buts, I really enjoy my job, but I am getting beat at the same time. I onlyw orked out one day last week because I was so tired! I am gonna try to get up early tomorrow and hit the gym....but its sooo hard when you sooo tired!!!!

If your going to be standing so much you should invest in a good pair of shoes or specialized soles. My friends dad (and my Boss :D) has a lot of medical problems because he has to stand so much at work. He suggested that I get a good pair of shoes when I work there and I will after track season is over.

Yeah I am getting sime new shoes this week i dont have any money as of now so I bought some inserts but they are pretty shot already LOL cause of constant standing on them. I think I am going ot buy a pair or sketcher sports. They have a wide variety...that or something just fookin comfy as hell!

I got a work out in today 10 min warm up. And full upper body workout...geez I was sweatng like a pig, I would have done to of cardio but I didnt eat before I got in because there isnt anything to eat and I was feeling a bit woozy so I went home. I still need to eat:(

Have to wait till I get into work I have no money to buy groceries! Sick huh!

Its an extremely intensive cycling class with black lights and techno music, glow stars n stuff...your up and down andf up and down and fast, faster, fast....you sweat like a pig and want to quite so bad....but at the same time its fun haha

LOL! Yeah, the sore butt thing happens to everyone at first...but it "toughens up" after a few classes. Or you can buy a gel seat cover for about $10 at a Target or Kmart store :)

God I feel like I forever be unhappy and depressed. I am sick of hurting so bad, this honestly sucks. I often wonder if it will change, if I will ever be happy etc.

BTW- No need for anyone to reply to this, I am not looking for sympathy. THis is more of a vent for me, I have no one else to talk to about it....so yeah....here is good enough to get it out i suppose.

Cel, if there is anything I've learned about depression, choose your friends very carefully. I used to be depressed some times, and the effect of others is very powerful. Also I think it's useful, if you talk abot your problem. Once. Afterwards you only should concentrate on how to solve the problem. If there is no solution, it won't help to talk about it the second time. If there is a solution, just be very hard on achieving it. Set goals.

Good luck, Cel. :) What friends?Most of them used me so I droped them, the rest I had totally dont understand my dedication to fitness and they think I am obsessed (cause they are lazy) and all the do is criticize. So I dont spend time with them. My best best best friend liges in cali (dont get to see him often) and my other best friends livesin orlando and I havnt seen her in a yr cause are schedules always colide. Now my co workers and I are getting close. We are all going to a tattoo convention together this sunday. But at the same time I am the youngest, they dont seem to care but it seems to put me in another place where I dont fit in....

It cost a lot to move there and prices over there are 4 times more than they are here so its really hard. I want it more than anything! I am working ad hard as I can, going to school and learning as much as possible to so I can get a decent job when I move. Hopefully training...if I feel qualified enough. Did 20 mins of intense cardio today, my abs and back **** too. I got my re evalutation. I am at 21 ercent body fat now and I weigh 212 for a total of 95 pounds down. I have some new pics I will post. But they need to be turned around.

Well what I meant by heavy, was wether or not it was a heavy weight for YOU. Meaning, at your 10th rep or what ever your range is, is it very challenging? Like you'd need a spot in order to do more?

I find this interesting because I myself have been concerend with leg size especially and I shyed from anything challenging as far as weight went. But to be honest, when I went with a higher rep range and lessoned the poundage i was pushing, I saw no result.
So now I am trying some heavier weights again to see what happenes.
Was just curious is all:)

Yeah I still dont do much in the leg department. Cause I do notice a difference when I do. I dont ever usually work them out.....

OK I worked out during lunch break with a friend of mine. HE then asked me out to see a movie, I went, we had fun. We talked a lot and kissed lol.....he wants to work out with me tomorrow, i am game but I dunno if I am game for a relationship.....still hurting/missing over the last one.

I got such an amazing workout in today! I felt so damn strong!!! It felt so damn awesome!!! It was 10 min elip warm up with total uppert body workout which was about a lil over an hour long and then I did ball crunches! Damn! I felt so rad!!!!!!!!


Last week I got a re assesment with my trainer to see my progress from October till now. I have had so many ups and downs since then. I feel like I could have done better! But here are the stats.

Weight was 245 now is 212.
Body Fat percentage was 26% is now 21.3%
Systolic blood pressure was 122 and is now 116.
Diastolic blood pressure was 81 and is now 61.


Abdoman circumfrence was 41.5 inches and is now 39.5.
Rigth Bicep was 16 inches and is now 14.25
Right calf was 17.75 inches and is now 17.
Chest was 46.25 and now is 44.
Right forearm was 11.5 and now is 11.
Hips were 47.50 and now are 43.75.
Shoulders circumference was 51.50 and now is 48.25.

I been busting my asssssss!!! And seeing only visable results but nothing as far as pounds:( Geez I am trying so damn hard!!!!!

Well today I did hard ass workout 30 min cardio interval training on the elip machine, level 4 on random course...I was listening to linkin park and every 3rd song I would bust ass as fast as I could go!!! So I burned 430 calories!!!

I been eating good n clean too!

Banana

1 whole egg
3 egg whites

Tuna pita

meal replacement bar

Snack mix

Immitation crab meat salad w/ mayo stuff

Total cals-1301 (I know a lil low for the day:()
Total fat-40 grams
Total Sat fat-6 grams
Total carbs- 113 grams
Protein-151 grams.

I am really trying, I cant do anythign but try HARDER ND KEEP GOING! But at the same time I want to stop and relx lol, but I want this more than anything!!!!

I also been missing my ex. We talked for 4 hours on the phone last wed ight and 8 hour sonline last thurs night till the sun came up. It was a heart to heart kinda chat.......things are so sad to me:(

I personally think that you need to throw your scale out the window. And I'm serious. What good is it doing for you to be stepping on a scale?
You know your body and can feel and see where weight is dropping off. :)

Keep it up! I guess thats true. Since I work at the gym I see scales all the time. We have 4 of them lol. But I only wiegh myself like once every 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. I try not to become pre occupied with it. But we all know how that is. I just want to see it go down a lil by lil. It's just another way of "seeing" success.
