I just discovered this!
Great for a snack, long drives, or anytime where you need food w/o much prep.
PB + Whey + Water = Protein sludge
-2 tbsp PB + Scoop(s) whey + 2oz water
-Mix
-Put in freezer for ~10 minutes
-Enjoy!
