View Full Version : Creatine in a hot beverage(?)

Does anyone know if creatine is as effective in a hot beverage as in a cold one? It seems to me that most people put their creatine into a shake or mix it with Gatorade or some such drink. Or, even just put it in a glass of water.
I was thinking of putting it in my tea in the morning. Any thoughts as to whether this will impair its efficacy?

Patent pending, buddy!! ;)
Also, what about pre-packaged creatine, but in powder form? Sort of like a birth control pill package, but instead of pills, fill it with 5g of creatine powder.

I really doubt hot water would harm creatine. Might actually help it absorb better.

I did a little bit of looking on the web and found some stuff that says caffeine negates the efficacy of the creatine.
You know what, I'm gonna start another thread on that.

They already have them in pill form. Its just powder inside a clear capsule.
