I guess it's about that time again, no? I'm going off creatine, so I took a picture today, and will take another picture in a few weeks to see how much it had affected my body.

I'm more interested in strength than shape, really. I think I've hit a plateau in my lifts though, but that's okay, I suppose I'm fine with where I am for now... just want to get my squat to 315 and improve my clean and jerk. :drooling:

And remember: I couldn't have done any of this if it weren't for this forum. :hello: ;) And ALN's products, of course.

Your legs have gotten MUCH thicker.

You look great, not to mention your build looks very similar to mine lol

Big difference, in size and underwear.

Every time I see that first picture I laugh my ass off at the underwear :D

Legs look 100% better, the rest of you does too. I wish my legs would grow, I've added 145lbs to my squat since I started them a little while ago and I don't see any leg difference, though I've never really taken pictures of them before.

that is some of the best progress this site has seen, and in a short period of time! Great stuff.

Looking pretty good for 148. Why do short people have such an easy time looking bigger, haha.

Jokes aside, great progress so far man. Keep it up. Looking forward to looking at the pictures off creatine. I'm on it myself and am afraid that when i get off it I'll lose a lot of what I've gained so far.

Great progress, and nice everything - but legs especially.

Great job. You look like you started off kinda skinny fat and now you look built. I'm most impressed by how your core looks. What kind of ab work did you do in general? Keep it up

Hmmm, to be honest, I haven't done a whole lot of direct ab work lately. I do a lot of squats and cleans though. I make sure to flex my abs while squatting... other than that, I'll do some cable work/woodchops every so often!

Yeah dude really solid progress. If your lifts have reached a plateau like you said, maybe its time to bulk and put on some weight. Great job though.

You look great man. I hope you threw that blue underwear away.

Looks like you've really hulked out, man, especially in the legs and arms. The only weird thing is the ripped underwear probably belong in your final photo, and you should be painted green ;-)

Seriously, though, excellent, and inspirational progress. Any back shots or other progression shots?

Hmmm, I don't have a whole lot of back pictures, and I seem to have deleted most of my former posing pictures, but that's okay. Here's my current back. I seem to have a very strange back... I don't know if it's my body fat percent or my posing or what. Biceps don't show up too well in my back poses.

I suppose if I wanted to make my back look better I'd just have to lower my body fat? I don't know why it looks like that. :| Lousy hair.

Back looks great, like you've got snakes trapped under your skin. Gross, but awesome. Get some nair for that back, though, I have the same problem.

First thing that came to mind when I saw his back.

Amazing progress, though.

I think your back looks very solid, nice thickness in the midback. No need for embarrassment at all. Be proud of what you've done so far.

Good work. Take a lat spread shot when you get a chance. I think it'll probably be pretty good. Work on your biceps. When the peak gets worked up some more, it'll peek out on your rear double bis.

Good luck. Looking forward to seeing your next round of shots.

you ought to be really proud--when us shorter guys put on muscle, it shows...speaking from experience at 5'8, 189...

great work! - mike

Nothing to be ashamed of at all. Midback looks trong; I see some thickness. I'd probably say to do more lat work to get at your lower insertion points. Actually, just practicing the lat spread can help with that.

Still impressive work.

Keep on hulkin'.
