Hey Guys, As a newbie I would like to know some good diets so I can bulk up in muscle mass. I am presently 105 lbs (give or take .5-1.5 due to clothes), and I sometimes dont have the time to have 5-6 meals a day. Any good diets or advice will be very appreciated.

Please take time to read the stickies and use the search before posting such general questions. If you are 105 lbs (and a man) just eat! Eat everything!

You must be skinnier than me! And I'm pretty dang skinny! I found.. Tuna w/ mashed potatoes (no gravy) and some hot sauce taste pretty good.
