alright 30 min beore bed i take zma then right before bed i take 2 cups of skim milk with casein protein, 10g glutamine, 2tbs flaxseed oil, 2 tbs natty PB
is that good?
second post workout i used to take pure unflavored whey and add in 2 cups milk, 1 bannana, and half a box of blueberries, and 2 tbs flax oil.
but i recently baught muscle milk and am out of the pure whey so should i just mix it with two cups of milk? or add in fruit and flax/fish aswell?

depends on the flavor. you can mix it with peanut butter if you want.

no i mean should i add in those thngs to be more healthy. honestly idc about the taste

if you honestly dont care about the taste, put in whatever you can down thats healthy. (that includes oats)

Ideally, PWO is all protein and carbs.

Before bed you want all protein and fat, but I doubt having carbs will really hurt.
