Disregard the partials, that is just what I like to do from time to time. I was surprised at how good my back looked here. I think the light was just right :) .

Well, yes and no. I was leaner but have put back on about 18 lbs. I am about 215 lbs right now.

Nothing too exciting. It was 90 lbs. I had not done that style of chin in a while. Give me some time to work on it and I think I could muster quite a bit more.
