Im finally going with the idea of calculating all my calories, protein etc intake since apparently im getting fat and i might be eating more calories than i need to bulk.
Im having a bit of trouble since searching for BMR calculators i get different results using different ones and i have no idea which is correct.
Weight = 171.6 lb
Height: 5 ft 8 in
Age: 18
Male
Work out 5 days a week
Using the formula in this article,

i get
BMR = 1875.822
USING
1.6
---- I usually work out 5 times a week----
I get 3001 calories
adding 500 for bulking, total is 3500 calories.
Can anyone comfirm im doing this right, and this is a good formula to use?
