I first warmed-up w/315 front squat in knee wraps
then later in workout w/knee wraps at paralell hit a 405!! back squat.
that really good for me I have done a little more power style and alot more in briefs, but a record is a record and I have had weak legs from basketball.
So I am pretty happy
I use APT BLUE POWER wraps with velcro
