View Full Version : My girlfriend won the NPC Northern KY figure

show this past weekend.......

she competed in D class which had about 20 girls. she took 1st there and then went on to take the overall title out of 6 classes with about 100 competitors!!! this was also her first show.
I laid out her diet/supps and some of her training as she knows her stuff when it comes to most things, but she had never done contest prep

heres a few pics about 1.5 weeks out, i couldnt get close enough at the show to get any good ones
