it's fine. you will save some cash if you stick to regular whey and casein or some combo of it like Nitrean.

Soy is not good for most people, especially men looking to gain muscle mass, to take (basically, if you are not of asian descent, don't eat too much soy).

I'm curious, does it really make a difference if you are Asian or not? Reason I'm asking is because I have an Asian friend who keeps saying he needs to stop eating soy products (for reasons you linked to).

You'll find an equal number of articles from equally accredited sources on the internet touting the benefits of soy. You can find almost anything on the internet that claims something is bad for you one way or another. Don't believe everything you read

A pretty interesting thread at another forum recently. Basically, to sum up, a good case was made (w. research cited) for soy in moderation = not bad/could be good. As with just about anything, too much = bad.
