As of 03/25/08:
32½ y/o, 5'-10½", 211 lbs.
These are my "before" pics, and the motivation to acheive my goals. As you can see, I've never really worked the lower body, and it's been a while since I've even worked the upper body (with any consistency).

Goal for this year is to add muscle (particularly in the wheels), lean out a bit, and join the 1,000 lb. club by way of 335 lb. bench, squat and deadlift. I'd like to wind up in the 215-220 lb. body weight range.
Current measurements:
Chest: 44"
Waist: 39" :eek:
Upper Arms: 16"
Forearms: 12½"
Thighs: 23½"
Calves: 15½"
Neck: 16¼"
