I have been working out for 3 weeks today. My weight when i started was 133 after the 2nd week i was at 140, now in the 3rd week im at 145 my routine consists of

5x5 squats week1 100lbs week2 110lbs week3 120
5x5 dead lifts week1 110lbs week2 120lbs week 3 125
5x5 bench press week1 100 week 2 100 week 3 100 ( will increase weight on monday!)

im getting about 3000 calories in a day 100-120 grams of protein and anywhere from 1/2 gallon to gallon of water each day

using Maximus and creatine caps

You might consider adding a vertical pull/push and horizontal pull, and separating deads and squats to different workouts.

For example...

Workout A = monday...
Squats, bench, chin ups

Workout B = Thrusday...
Deadlift, bent over row, military press
