Hey Big he one of yours? That form is SICK! Looks like he's been taught well!

I can't imagine what he'll be like in the juniors and teens if he keeps at it... I do'nt know about everyone else..but that's amazing for a 9year old!

that cant be good for your back at 9 years old. i dont think hes gonna even gain too much strength or grow as much as he would if you waited till he was 14/15 to start.

I stated about 9 y/o but I didnt deadlift, wish I had. I think its good to start early but dont discourage other sport.

make them thicker, stronger and more dense. thats about like women saying they dont lift cause they dont want to get all bulky and manly. or some fat bitch saying that muscles are nasty and askin why anyone would want to look like that

kids use their muscles all the time climbing trees and building forts and all the things 9 year old boys do. god forbid some kid actually expends some energy in this generation of gameboy and tv addicted kids. do u really think back in the day kids didnt use to have to do farm work, or carry water buckets, or help drag dead animals or whatever?

It's sad that more parents don't think like this nowadays. Kids in America don't know what physical activity is, unless they play sports in school.

That's awesome, especially since it must like a thick bar to him with his tiny 9-year old hands.

When I have kids I won't be able to wait to get them lifting heavy ****.

Thats great!

This kid will have no limits to what he can do, that kind of strength at that age with a world class lifter for a coach....

That kid is so lucky..

As long as u have a weight based movement and supplemented with lots of bodyweight movements he will be on the right track. ull have him doin all kinds of crazy **** on the playground the other kids will be jealous of!

my boy likes the strongman stuff more than the weights cause its odd lifting. he loves the sled outside too.
