Kashi cereal is really good, not sure on the protein content, but you could have a whey shake in addition

I cant do cereal AND a shake because im a little lactose intolerant.... so its somewhat annoying, i have to eat oatmeal with my shake, otherwise its too much milk. I also often eat eggs + toast... :)

I like to do what RST said, or go with a fruit version and use orange juice, bananas, protein powder, olive oil, and some other kind of fruit. It's good.

Use water in a shake. Don't they make milk for lactose intolerant people?

Yup, it's called Lactaid. No joke. Or you could use soy milk, tastes pretty good in most cereals.

I use water in my shake, I only have milk in my cereal. I never use milk in my shake!

Steak n eggs...and what ever else you want with it.

Fry the stead night before, and then all that separates you from a calorically/protein dense breakfast is about 10 minutes of work.

Wash it down with a protein shake and you're good to go.

Now there is a high protein breakfast. I would like to try that some mornings. I usually take a weight gainer shake and some toast and bacon.

A good steak to use is eye of round sandwich steaks or "minute steaks." CHEAP/Lean as can be and cook really quick since they're so thin and small. Little tough though.... just marinade it in batches or chew harder.

This one is my favorite recipe for breakfast when i want high cals/protein

1: throw 4-5 eggs on the pan
2: throw ham/turkey/roast beef on that once it starts to form in the pan
3: throw cheese and hot sauce on top

eat it with some milk (in your case maybe OJ) and you have a good 30-40 grams of protein and 700-900 cals in less than 10 minutes... better yet its great!

Why do you think it would make you **** your pants? Lots of stuff we eat throughout the day contains oil.
