View Full Version : Hit the 1000lb club and going to start my cut

I hit the 1000lb club and i am going to start doing HIIT Mon Wed and Friday every week. I'm also going to start eating 2500 calories a day and see what happends to my weight. I'm currently 5ft 6 1/2inches tall and weigh 175 and my goal is to weight somewhere between 150-155lbs. I was wondering if starting out at 2500 cals like that is a good number to start out with with my current stats.

You don't look very big in your avatar, why the cut, if you don't mind me asking? 150 is pretty damn skinny, why is that your target.

I'm getting to this weight because I want to lose the gut i have at the moment for summer and then bulk up at the start of school in late august. I also want to do it because i want to experience what it takes to be on a cut and lose the desired body fat.
