I started my first bulk a few weeks ago. I take in about 3000 calories a day, but some of the calories I take in are from fat? Bad?

No...
Fat is not bad! Well as long as its the right type.
As long as the fat is from good sources, its fine... Your body needs a supply of fat!
Stay away from trans/hydrogenated fats and stick to goos fats. . ie omega 3 etc.
Source your fats from lean cuts of meat/fish/olive oil/nuts/Mayo.

Fat is good and essential. Just stay away from trans fat.

What they said. Good fat is good, bad fat is bad. Find out the difference and avoid the latter of the two.
