Flax = flax seed oil. A supplement in liquid or capsule form to help you get all of your essential fatty acids that are usually tough to get from food.

it's also known as Hemp.

Alright cool. But seeing as of now, I am a guy with a nice amount of weight on me. Would I not need FLAX?

You might not need Flax, but you need essential fats. These can be from a number fo sources. Flax, Peanuts, Cod Liver Oil .... etc etc.

Good luck.

Fish oil is better than flax.

Roughly 10 times more of the short chain omega-3s must be consumed to have the same effect as the long chain form from fish oil.

Flax and hemp are not the same thing - Hemp has a little more n-6's, Flax has a higher % of n-3's
