My only carb sources right now our Quaker Oats, and Ezekial Bread (only a little) and whatever carbs I get from veggies.
Is it safe/ok to just use these carb sources? I mainly use them by how easy it is for me to eat fast/prepare, and also easy to keep track of calories.
Is there any other good carbs for a cut, that are very fast to prepare?
