Hi im new to forums and need some feedback, im 18 and play just basketball, 6ft 5 and weigh nothing 165lbs, i'm starting to weight train now and have decided to do a 3 phase cycle strength/power/endurance, i am looking for feeback on my strength cycle? thanks in advance


Weeks 1 and 2
Sunday and Thursday


Squats 10,8,6,4,2
Lunges 10,8,8,6
Calf Raises 20,20,20,20
Leg Extensions 8,8,6,6
Leg Curls 8,8,6,6
Good Mornings 15,15,15,15


Tuesday and Saturday


Bench Press 8,6,4,2,1
Military Press 8,6,4,2,1
Pull ups 8,8,8,8
Triceps Curls 12,10,8,6
Bicep Curls 12,10,8,6



Weeks 3 and 4

Dead lift 10,8,8,6
Lunges 10,8,8,6

Behind Back Wrist Curls 8,8,8

EAT!!!! the routine looks alright but your main concern needs to be gaining some weight, i would spend some time in the nutrition forum
