Well I was at my friend's house and he has a weight set and a camera so I figured I would take a couple quick videos. Nothing special, but I figured you folks might be interested anyway. :hello:
135lb clean:
Very weird environment to be cleaning in, so my form was a bit off. X)

Both of those looked dead easy for you. Nice work! :D

make sure to drive through your heels on the bench press. keep them planted!

Very strong benching. The clean looked great too, although I am by no means qualified to give a critique on that.

Ah, well, his bench is pretty high... and I'm pretty short, so that's the best I could get. X) I usually bench with my toes on the ground, it works better for me than heels; I can get my feet pretty far back this way.
I know how that feels lol, my friend has a bench that's way too high for me also.
225x5 seemed easy, you can definately bench more than 250. Give it a try!

very nice pressing! You have a huge arch and made that look easy.

Interesting setup on the bench form, but damn smooth on those 5 reps, man. We have pretty close numbers it looks like. 260 is exactly what I'm shootin for as well :D
