Hey dude, green peppers, mushrooms and garlic on it.

Anyway, what do you mean by healthier? I'll substitue some tortilla chips that have about 1/4 the calories as the flour tortillas (I'm cutting right now).

They make low carb tortillias which aren't bad.

Or just use lettuce. Or just dump that on a bed of spinach. Or a whole wheat tortillia.

low carb tortillas taste the same... to me at least and are practically all fiber.

If you're not gaining any weight at 2000-2500 calories than obviously you're not eating enough food. If you wanna be big, then you're going to need to invest more at your local grocery store and eat 3000-3500 calories per day. Do you wake up half way through the night when you're sleeping and grab yourself a snack?? Are you eating 6 small meals a day and drinking 8 or more cups of water?? Are you getting all of your daily nutritional requirements?? When you can say yes to these questions I'm sure you will start seeing results....

I used to get these 100% Whole wheat flax tortillas, They weren't as bad as they sound. Especially with something tasty on it, I think they had about 3-5 carbs per piece, 50 calories, a ton of fiber, ect.
