I'm 20, 170pnds, 5'11". Training for mass and size, don't mind packing on a few extra pounds, very high metabolism.

1: 2Eggs/4Whites/2pieces HW Toast w/ 2TBS PB

2: 2 Servings Breaded Chicken/1 Cup Rice/BBQsauce

3: 1Can Tuna/ 1 Cup Rice/1 Cup MixVeg/2TBS BBqsauce

5: 3Scoop Protein Shake, 1TBS Peanut Butter (After Gym)

7: 1sc Shake before bed / .25 cup Nuts (Before Bed)

Any thoughts?

Oh and I am eating every few hours, helps me get the cals in, rather than 3 1Thousand+ Cal meals + a few snacks.
